LA ROCHELLE FACILITY EXTENSION

An extension of our clean room doubles its initial size.
Finalized in august 2019, this extension was the occasion to re-organize our production zone to optimize the flows.
With this expanded capacity, we can sustain past growth and ”secure the future”.

IMPROVED ENVIRONMENT AND CLEANLINESS

The ceiling of our clean room and the air treatment station had been completely replaced by new up to date technology.
As of today, this considerably improves its cleanliness, dusting rate, temperature and humidity level control, as well as it lowers our environmental footprint.

ACTIVITY RECONCILIATION

Ceramic thick films substrates production settles in La Rochelle.
This reconciliation allows us to optimize the production flows of complex hybrids based on ceramics, strengthening the service quality for our customers (embedded space for instance).
Together with our up to date automatic SMT line, HCM.SYSTREL is now able to manufacture highly integrated systems in a single location.

NEW CUTTING LASER

In order to set the ceramics to be ready for screen printing, a new high precision cutting laser had been installed in La Rochelle.
Digitally controlled, this one allows to obtain precisions and form factors necessary to reach the electrical and environmental performances of the thick film substrates, used in hybrid circuits production.
