SERMA Microelectronics has the environmental qualification means required for product qualification and works alongside you throughout the performance of these qualification tests, in line with the ESCC and MIL-STD standards.
Mechanical tests:
- Thermal cycling / shocks
- Mechanical vibrations
- Mechanical shocks
- Constant acceleration
Environmental tests:
- Burn-in / Life Tests (static & dynamic)
- Pressure accelerated ageing test (HAST)
- HALT (-100°C / +250°C; 70°C / min; 70 G) / HASS
Production tests:
- PIND tests
- X-Ray
- Leak tests (small / large leaks)
