Definition of the test solution:
- Hardware architecture (National Instruments solution, specific solution, implementation of customer test bench, etc.)
- Dedicated hardware interface (circuit, ZIF socket, etc.)
- Test software development (Verigy, Labview or equivalent)
Qualification of the test solution:
- On the prototype
- On the first Article
- Etc
All the tests can be carried out at different temperatures (-55°C to +125°C).
