In order to meet the demands of the New Space market, and offer a sovereign service for access to plastic encapsulation of components in Europe, SERMA Microelectronics has developed a plastic process at its Périgny site (near La Rochelle).
Since 2020, we have had plastic injection facilities to produce QFN / BGA organic components, and are able to offer a supply chain that has passed ESCC9000P space qualification.
SERMA Microelectronics has all the resources and the supply chain for all raw materials, and can handle small and medium-volume batches (from a few hundred to tens of thousands of parts).
