A strict incoming inspection is required before the chips and components can be used in high-reliability products.
SERMA Microelectronics offers a batch-based inspection to meet the standards in force in the space and defence industries (MIL & ESCC).
Batches that meet the inspection criteria are stored in conditions suited to the package (chip, component in secure cabinet) and traced.
