Law 2018-771 of 5 September 2018, known as the “Professional future”has strengthened the obligations of women in the field of professional equality through the obligation to measure and correct gender pay gaps. Since then, companies have had to publish their gender equality index every year.

SERMA MICROELECTRONICS is not able to calculate the overall gender equality index for the year 2024, as the maximum number of points for the calculable indicators is below 75:

  • Pay gap: Indicator not calculable as the number of employees in valid groups is less than 40% of the workforce.
  • Gap in individual salary increases: 35/35
  • Percentage of employees who received a salary increase within a year of returning from maternity leave: No maternity leave departures.
  • Number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the 10 highest salaries: 5/10
