RF modules

RF modules are produced according to customer documentation (placement plan, wiring diagram).

SERMA Microelectronics works alongside you from the moment it receives your design documentation, to guarantee and enhance the reliability of your products: location of components with respect to the partitions, partition height, bonding length, type of placement, etc.

SERMA Microelectronics designs and manufactures the test benches associated with these modules in order to provide them with the required electrical characteristics in terms of static and frequency (several dozen GHz) and guarantee the delivery of tested, validated modules.
